What is TRICOWS?  

Nope, not a cow with three legs, or three heads or even three udders  - it's the TRIathlon Club Of Winston Salem! 

Our club has over 80 members that range from folks that dream of completing their first Sprint Triathlon to accomplished Ironman finishers.

What do we do?

• Host club meetings & social events w/ Interesting Speakers & Sponsor Promotions
• We support local races and provide our members with access to VIP wave starts and post race refreshments at 36N and the Angels Race triathlon.
• We help produce the best kids triathlon in the state of NC, and probably the entire South East.  This will be our 6th year supporting the annual Kids for Kids Triathlon, to benefit local children's charities (we have raised over $40,000 for charity in our first 5 years!)

• You don't have to be an elite athlete - just someone with a an interest in multi-sport 
• Our calendar year membership dues are only $30.  Join at Active.com and complete the membership process by registering at tricows.com to get a username and password 
• What do I get with membership?  Free admission to our meetings and social events, access to the resources on tricows.com, a technical club shirt, sponsor discounts, new training buddies, and the chance to join the rest of us in our embarrassing spandex outfits on a regular basis!
